Had been travelling around the top end of W.A. and had been having really severe toothaches. I was staying in Onslow at the time and drove 3 hours over to Karratha and jagged a cancellation appt. I ended up needing to get a wisdom tooth pulled and without being mentally prepared the lovely nurse held my hand when I asked for it. Dr James was fantastic, it literally took him 5 seconds to pull my tooth, I even told him I would fly back up from Perth to get the rest done at another time. Everyone at the practise was so lovely. Highly recommend!!!

I usually hate going to the dentist in general but I’ve been here twice now & left both times happy with my smile. Staff were all friendly & helpful & made me feel a lot more comfortable about coming to the dentist. Will definitely be coming here for future appointments

Dr James is legend. Hands down best dentist i have ever been to. Never felt so comfortable with a mans hands in my mouth as i do with Dr James. Charlie the Practice manager is awesome too! Open and honest about costs and provided a great plan to fix my tooth. Cheers guys!

Had to leave work for an emergency dental issue, I told them it was the tooth at the back they insisted it was another tooth and started a root canal, 1 day later the back came back ten fold I Had to take another day off work and go get the tooth I told them was the problem in the beginning out (windom) they did most of the root canal procedure for free but now I need a crown that 1800 and not something I can afford. Plus the loss of 4 days of work. The manager practically made me feel like a low life scum when I asked them to help with the crown. He also said he would call me back when he spoke to his boss but it's been 5 weeks now. Everyone in the practice was nice and understanding but that manager still to this day made me feel like a piece of trash, thanks mate

Awesome service from both the nurses and the dentists. I have a fear of the dentists and Brin made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Had all my wisdom teeth out there and it was so painless! Definitely will be going back.

Absolutely the best Dental Clinic.All the staff have been exceptional. Informative, thoughtful, funny and really keep you at ease. Whether it's a simple clean or root canal. I recommend them to everyone. Thanks to all the team

Left Bad a taste in the mouth is understatement. Dr James was good to deal with. But I went back as no matter how much I floss there is an issue with rotten smell from under a cap that was fitted. I went back to an appointment but with his colleague this time to try find a solution. This guy was insisting there was nothing wrong and nothing could be done and did not really want to listen. yet every day I live with this rotten taste/ smell. Not happy. As the work was not cheap.

i was given an appt due to tooth ache .i emailed an was given a time same day. the staff were kind dentist Jason professional and compassionate ! all over 10/10 experience very satisfied and highly recommend.
